Description

This lemon herb grilled chicken is a delicious and easy recipe that brings out the best flavors of chicken, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 large fresh lemons (zest and juice)
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill.
  2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, zest, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place chicken in a zip-lock bag or shallow dish; pour the marinade over it and if grilling, brush grill grates with oil.
