Delicious roasted mushrooms with butter, garlic, and thyme.

- 1 pound mushrooms (cremini recommended)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and aromatic.
- Add minced garlic and thyme to the browned butter, cooking for another minute.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the mushrooms and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until tender and golden.
- Serve warm.
