Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms (cremini recommended)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and aromatic.
  4. Add minced garlic and thyme to the browned butter, cooking for another minute.
  5. Drizzle the butter mixture over the mushrooms and toss to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until tender and golden.
  8. Serve warm.
