Instructions

Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until well combined. Spread the pumpkin mousse over the chilled crust in an even layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Prepare the Topping: In a clean bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the set pumpkin mousse layer.
- Garnish: Sprinkle crumbled graham crackers on top for added texture and flavor.
