Scale
- 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
Instructions

- Pour in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight or until firm.

- Mix together the powdered sugar and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and coat the balls.
- Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Notes
- Ensure the truffles are completely firm before shaping.
