Description

A creamy tahini dressing perfect for salads or as a dip.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons warm water

Instructions

  1. Stir your tahini well to ensure it’s smooth and ready to mix.
  2. In a bowl, combine tahini, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup. Whisk until thick and creamy.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk again to blend.
  4. Slowly whisk in warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust flavor if needed: more syrup for sweetness, more vinegar for tang.
  6. Transfer to a jar or container. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 7 days.
