Ingredients

- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 to 4 tablespoons warm water
Instructions
- Stir your tahini well to ensure it’s smooth and ready to mix.
- In a bowl, combine tahini, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup. Whisk until thick and creamy.
- Add apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk again to blend.
- Slowly whisk in warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust flavor if needed: more syrup for sweetness, more vinegar for tang.
- Transfer to a jar or container. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 7 days.
