Description
Delicious baked honey garlic chicken thighs served with tender cauliflower florets.
Ingredients

- 1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 medium head)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, and olive oil; coat chicken thighs well and place on one side of the baking sheet.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread on the other side of the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and brown sugar until smooth. Drizzle half over chicken and cauliflower.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and cauliflower is tender.
- Brush remaining sauce on halfway through cooking; serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken thighs in the sauce for a few hours before baking.
- Serve with rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
