Description

This meat lovers pizza packs a punch with a variety of delicious toppings and a perfectly crafted crust!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Lukewarm water
  • 3 cups Plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Perfect pizza cheese
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 4 ounces Ham
  • 4 ounces Salami
  • 4 ounces Bacon
  • 4 ounces Beef

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the yeast and lukewarm water in a jug, allowing it to stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center, add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until smooth, and then knead gently on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until elastic.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with cling film, and set it in a warm spot for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
  4. Once risen, turn the dough out onto a floured surface, give it a gentle knead, divide it, and roll out one piece into a 30 cm x 20 cm oval.
  5. Heat your oven to 230°C (210°C fan-forced).
  6. Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking paper-lined tray. Spread the pizza sauce evenly, sprinkle with Perfect Pizza cheese, layer on the red onions, and pile on the meats.
  7. Put your pizza in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted, golden brown, and the crust is crisp.

Notes

  • Ensure the yeast is fresh for the best results.
  • This recipe allows for substitutions, such as different meats or a vegetarian option.
  • For a spicy kick, consider adding some chili flakes to the sauce.
