This meat lovers pizza packs a punch with a variety of delicious toppings and a perfectly crafted crust!

- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Lukewarm water
- 3 cups Plain flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Pizza sauce
- 2 cups Perfect pizza cheese
- 1 medium Red onion
- 4 ounces Ham
- 4 ounces Salami
- 4 ounces Bacon
- 4 ounces Beef
Instructions
- Whisk together the yeast and lukewarm water in a jug, allowing it to stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center, add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until smooth, and then knead gently on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until elastic.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with cling film, and set it in a warm spot for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
- Once risen, turn the dough out onto a floured surface, give it a gentle knead, divide it, and roll out one piece into a 30 cm x 20 cm oval.
- Heat your oven to 230°C (210°C fan-forced).
- Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking paper-lined tray. Spread the pizza sauce evenly, sprinkle with Perfect Pizza cheese, layer on the red onions, and pile on the meats.
- Put your pizza in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted, golden brown, and the crust is crisp.
