Description

Enjoy this delicious Hoisin Chicken served warm with toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • ½ cup Hoisin Sauce
  • ½ cup Water
  • to taste Sesame Seeds (for topping)
  • to taste Green Onions (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and season it with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-6 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F).
  3. Add in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until the garlic is aromatic.
  4. Stir in the hoisin sauce and water. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is combined and heated through.
  5. Serve warm topped with the sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
