Description
A refreshing juice made from fresh vegetables and fruits.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 stalks celery
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 3 leaves kale or 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 green apple
- 1 lime or lemon, skin removed
Instructions
- Wash and chop vegetables so they will fit through the tube of a masticating juicer (see the notes below for blender instructions).
- Feed in the vegetables through the tube, alternating hard and soft-textured ones to help facilitate the juicing process.
- Enjoy immediately or keep the leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For blending, consider adding a little water to help with the consistency.
- Juice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
