Instructions

- Line a 10×15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
- Stir in vanilla extract and milk.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients until smooth.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched.

- Turn the hot cake onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
- Peel off the parchment paper.
- Roll the cake up in the towel, starting at the narrow end, and let it cool completely.

- Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully unroll the cooled cake.
- Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cake.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.

- Gently re-roll the cake.
- Drizzle with chocolate ganache.
- Top with more chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
