Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Watermelon (ripe and seedless)
  • 1 cup Pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 1 medium Rockmelon (Cantaloupe) (for decoration)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh)
  • 6 pieces Bamboo Skewers (clean and food-safe)
  • 1/2 cup Extra Watermelon Balls (for fun)
  • 1 cup Coconut Whipped Cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place your watermelon on a damp cloth on a sturdy cutting board.
  2. Carefully cut three slices of watermelon, measuring approximately 12cm, 10cm, and 8cm wide.
  3. Starting with the largest slice, stack the watermelon rounds on a serving plate.
  4. Use a star cutter to create fun star shapes from your pineapple.
  5. Insert decorated skewers with pineapple and blueberries into the top of the watermelon cake.
  6. Scoop out remaining watermelon flesh into balls and arrange these around the base.
  7. Serve chilled alongside extra watermelon balls.
