- 1 medium Watermelon (ripe and seedless)
- 1 cup Pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 1 medium Rockmelon (Cantaloupe) (for decoration)
- 1 cup Blueberries (fresh)
- 6 pieces Bamboo Skewers (clean and food-safe)
- 1/2 cup Extra Watermelon Balls (for fun)
- 1 cup Coconut Whipped Cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Place your watermelon on a damp cloth on a sturdy cutting board.
- Carefully cut three slices of watermelon, measuring approximately 12cm, 10cm, and 8cm wide.
- Starting with the largest slice, stack the watermelon rounds on a serving plate.
- Use a star cutter to create fun star shapes from your pineapple.
- Insert decorated skewers with pineapple and blueberries into the top of the watermelon cake.
- Scoop out remaining watermelon flesh into balls and arrange these around the base.
- Serve chilled alongside extra watermelon balls.
