Description

A delicious and hearty dish of English baked beans, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz) white beans, drained
  • 4 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and peel the garlic.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, then add the diced onions and press the garlic. Sautee everything for about 4 minutes.
  3. Next, add the drained white beans and mix in ketchup, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
  4. Combine well, then bring to a simmer on medium heat.
  5. Now the English Baked Beans are ready.
