Description

A refreshing fruit salad perfect for kids.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium red apples (preferably Cosmic Crisp as they do not brown)
  • 4 golden kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 cups green grapes (cut vertically in half with a pair of kitchen scissors)
  • 2 cups strawberries (stems removed and chopped)
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 lime and honey (optional for more flavor)

Instructions

  1. Add all fruit to a medium bowl. Toss if desired or leave the fruit in sections so it’s easier for the kids to take what they want.
  2. Optionally: Drizzle with the juice of the lime and honey.
  3. Optionally: Peel the kiwi, slice into rounds, and cut out with a festive cookie cutter to make shapes to put on top of the salad.

Notes

  • This salad is perfect for kids and can be customized with different fruits.
  • Using a cookie cutter can make the fruit more fun for kids to eat.
