Description
A delicious and easy baked dish combining coconut milk, red Thai curry, soyaki, and chicken gyoza potstickers.
Ingredients

- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 bottle red Thai curry
- 3 tbsp soyaki
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup spinach (generous amount)
- 1 bag chicken gyoza potstickers (16oz, frozen)
Instructions
- In a baking dish, mix together the coconut milk, 1/2 bottle of red Thai curry, soyaki sauce, and minced garlic.
- Then add on spinach, and layer on the chicken frozen dumplings.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
- Top with chili oil crunch and enjoy!
