Description

A delicious and easy baked dish combining coconut milk, red Thai curry, soyaki, and chicken gyoza potstickers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 bottle red Thai curry
  • 3 tbsp soyaki
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup spinach (generous amount)
  • 1 bag chicken gyoza potstickers (16oz, frozen)

Instructions

  1. In a baking dish, mix together the coconut milk, 1/2 bottle of red Thai curry, soyaki sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Then add on spinach, and layer on the chicken frozen dumplings.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Top with chili oil crunch and enjoy!
