This keto pizza is loaded with flavor and perfect for satisfying your pizza cravings without the carbs!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Keto pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Olives (sliced)
  • 1 cup Pepperoni (sliced)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Brown the ground turkey, cooking for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink. Stir in the Italian seasoning.
  4. Mix in cheddar cheese, spread keto pizza sauce on top, and layer with mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni. Finish with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Slice into four portions once removed from the oven, and serve immediately.
