Description
A creamy and flavorful tahini dressing that can be used on salads, bowls, or as a dip.
Ingredients
Scale
- ⅓ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice (1 large lemon or 2 small lemons)
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup water (more as needed to thin it out)
Instructions
- Option 1: Add all the dressing ingredients to a food processor and blend for 30 seconds-1 minute until smooth. Add more water to thin it out as needed.
- Option 2: Finely mince the garlic. Then add all the dressing ingredients to a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until emulsified or use an immersion blender to smooth it out. Add more water to thin it out to your desired consistency.
Notes
- This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
- Adjust the garlic and lemon to taste based on your preference.
