Description

A creamy and flavorful tahini dressing that can be used on salads, bowls, or as a dip.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (1 large lemon or 2 small lemons)
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup water (more as needed to thin it out)

Instructions

  1. Option 1: Add all the dressing ingredients to a food processor and blend for 30 seconds-1 minute until smooth. Add more water to thin it out as needed.
  2. Option 2: Finely mince the garlic. Then add all the dressing ingredients to a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until emulsified or use an immersion blender to smooth it out. Add more water to thin it out to your desired consistency.

  • This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
