Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces ripe peaches
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • optional vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Place the peach halves, cut-side up, in a baking dish.
  5. Brush the melted butter over the peaches.
  6. Generously sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the peach halves.
  7. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
