Deliciously baked ripe peaches sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, perfect for dessert!

- 4 pieces ripe peaches
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- optional vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit.
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
- Place the peach halves, cut-side up, in a baking dish.
- Brush the melted butter over the peaches.
- Generously sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the peach halves.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
