A delicious creamy pasta dish made with ground turkey, pasta, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 8 oz pasta (penne or shells)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add ground turkey to the pot, breaking it apart. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reduce heat and stir in milk and shredded cheese until well coated and cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or additional cheese if desired.
Notes
- This dish can be garnished with fresh herbs such as parsley or basil for added flavor.
- Feel free to use any type of pasta you have on hand.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
