- 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
- 20–24 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch pieces)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cut pizza dough into 20–24 pieces. Flatten each piece, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the sealed dough balls on the baking sheet in a Christmas tree shape.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush heavily over the hot bread.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and chopped parsley.
- Enjoy warm with marinara for dipping.
