Description

Delicious sliders made with seasoned ground beef and topped with cheddar cheese and special sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 small slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper; form into 12 small patties.
  2. Heat a griddle over medium-high heat; cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side. Add cheese to melt during the last minute.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all special sauce ingredients until smooth.
  4. Assemble sliders by spreading special sauce on bun bottoms, adding a patty, lettuce, and pickles before topping with the other bun half.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
