Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice the smoked sausage into 1-inch coin shapes.
- In the prepared baking dish, mix the sliced sausage with barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
