Deliciously seasoned oven-baked chicken thighs that are juicy and flavorful.
Ingredients

- 2 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic granules or powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion granules or powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or as needed)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 420F/220C. Line a sheet pan with aluminium foil and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add all the spices, salt, black pepper, and olive oil together and stir to combine.
- Add the chicken thighs to the seasoning and mix to combine with your hands until well and evenly coated.
- Arrange the chicken thighs on the lined sheet pan in a single layer and bake for 20-22 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken) or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. There is no need to flip the chicken.
- Remove to a plate immediately and rest for 5 minutes for the juice to redistribute into the chicken before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken in the seasoning overnight.
- Serve with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
