Description

Deliciously seasoned oven-baked chicken thighs that are juicy and flavorful.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic granules or powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion granules or powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or as needed)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 420F/220C. Line a sheet pan with aluminium foil and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add all the spices, salt, black pepper, and olive oil together and stir to combine.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the seasoning and mix to combine with your hands until well and evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs on the lined sheet pan in a single layer and bake for 20-22 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken) or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. There is no need to flip the chicken.
  5. Remove to a plate immediately and rest for 5 minutes for the juice to redistribute into the chicken before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken in the seasoning overnight.
  • Serve with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
