Description

Delicious and easy-to-make almond flour biscuits that are dairy-free and gluten-free.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
  • 1/3 cup dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the dairy-free cream cheese and egg. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
  3. Add the blanched almond flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms. The texture should be slightly sticky, neither too firm nor too runny.
  4. Using a #20 scoop or a large spoon, portion the biscuit dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven at 350F for 15 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
  6. Remove the freshly baked almond flour biscuits from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack slightly before serving.

Notes

  • These biscuits are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
