Description
A delicious garlic butter chicken recipe with perfectly cooked chicken breasts seasoned with Italian herbs, served with a hint of fresh parsley.

- 1 1/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1 1/2 Tbsp minced fresh garlic (about 4 cloves)
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cut chicken into evenly sized bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, toss chicken with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter.
- Add chicken in a single layer, leaving space between pieces, and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown and nearly cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, then add remaining 2 Tbsp butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Cook for 1 more minute, stirring gently to coat the chicken in garlic butter.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra parsley or a squeeze of lemon.
