Description

A delicious and quick meal featuring chicken breasts cooked in garlic butter with egg noodles.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  2. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, toss everything together to combine.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
